Afghanistan Rehabilitation and Education Program implemented hundreds of projects around the country funded by various donors. It is obligation of the local NGOs to sign memorandum of understanding with sectorial government organization as partner for implementation of the projects. So far, AREP program partnered with below government line ministries and signed MoUs with for implementation of the projects. Usually, the donor organizations funded the project, AREP implemented and government sectorial agency facilitated the implementation and monitored quantity and quality of the project’s deliverables.
